Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Imagini Health Corporation(“Imagini Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit imaginihealth.ai or use our services. Use of our services is also governed by our Terms of Service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message.
  • Account information. If you create an account for our platform, we collect the information needed to create and secure that account.
  • Usage and device data. We collect limited, privacy-friendly analytics about how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and referring source).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
  • protect against spam, fraud, and abuse; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or cross-site identifiers. Where we use cookies (for example, to remember your cookie-consent choice), you can manage them through the consent banner and your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party providers, each of which processes limited data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

  • Google reCAPTCHA— to protect our contact form from spam and abuse. Use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Resend — to deliver contact-form submissions to our team by email.
  • Plausible Analytics — cookieless website analytics.
  • Vercel — website hosting and content delivery.

TikTok Integration

We use TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API to publish branded marketing videos to our official @imaginihealth business account. When the Imagini Health team authorizes the connection, we receive an OAuth access token and a TikTok open_idthat identifies our own business account. These credentials are stored encrypted in our database and used only to post content from Imagini Health to Imagini Health’s TikTok account.

We do not collect, access, or store data belonging to any TikTok user other than our own business account owner. We do not read other users’ videos, profiles, followers, or engagement data. Access tokens are retained until the connection is revoked or the integration is deprecated, after which all tokens are deleted. The Imagini Health account owner may revoke access at any time via TikTok’s app permissions page; we will delete stored tokens within 24 hours of revocation.

Use of this integration is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
