Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required for accessing our Service. This additional security measure helps protect your account from unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Imagini Health Co. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Imagini Health Co.

TikTok Integration

We use TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API to publish branded marketing videos to our official @imaginihealth business account. When the Imagini Health team authorizes the connection, we receive an OAuth access token and a TikTok open_idthat identifies our own business account. These credentials are stored encrypted in our database and used only to post content from Imagini Health to Imagini Health’s TikTok account.

We do not collect, access, or store data belonging to any TikTok user other than our own business account owner. We do not read other users’ videos, profiles, followers, or engagement data. Access tokens are retained until the connection is revoked or the integration is deprecated, after which all tokens are deleted. The Imagini Health account owner may revoke access at any time via TikTok’s app permissions page; we will delete stored tokens within 24 hours of revocation.

Use of this integration is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
